Connection is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver L1/L2 service desk support, manage endpoints, and support M365 and AV systems in a hybrid King of Prussia role.
Provide Tier 1 technical support at Connection's Lewisville site, troubleshooting hardware/software, managing accounts, and ensuring timely ticket resolution with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
