Skills
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification(s)
- Expertise with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, formulas, and Lightning
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and Lightning components
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset)
- Experience with SDLC and Agile project tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Data management experience (Data Loader, XL Connector)
- Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to mentor, lead escalation handling, and provide best-practice guidance
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve Level 1-3 support requests; implement minor enhancements and break/fix solutions
- Maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, storage, backups, and cleanup of unused fields/objects
- Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and advanced admin components
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, custom objects, and fields
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and imports using data management tools
- Support integrations and third-party tools, and manage related security configurations
- Coordinate testing, facilitate UAT/QA, and manage deployments using SDLC and CI/CD tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance
- Create and maintain end-user documentation, guides, and job aids
- Mentor and guide junior administrators, lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
