Skills
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks and controls (NIST CSF, ISO27001, SOC2, SOX, NERC-CIP awareness)
- Hands-on expertise with CSPM, EDR/XDR, ZTNA, DLP and related defensive technologies
- Strong vulnerability management, threat modeling, and penetration testing experience
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Rust or similar) to automate security workflows
- Experience implementing KPIs and security/risk metrics for executive reporting
- Proven experience running audits, control testing, and remediation programs
- Experience building TPRM and managing third-party security risk
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day cybersecurity program activities and align security posture with business and compliance requirements
- Design and promote secure-by-design and secure-by-default strategies across IT, OT, and data environments
- Baseline, monitor, and remediate vulnerabilities and risks in applications, infrastructure, and operational systems
- Own incident response, security events triage, and resolution of control gaps and technical risks
- Manage and advance CSPM platforms and related automation for continuous posture management
- Plan and run audits, certification programs, and control assessments (SOC2, ISO27001, NIST, SOX-related activities)
- Build and run Third-Party Cyber Risk Management (TPRM) and software supply chain security processes
- Communicate security metrics and risk posture to senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and External Relations on regulations, controls, and evidence collection
- Implement automated evidence collection and repeatable security processes to support continuous compliance
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- Relevant security certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC-Council)
