Integres is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist to deliver high-level technical support across a hybrid enterprise environment. This role will manage and maintain Hybrid Azure Active Directory (Hybrid AAD), Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), and the agency’s end-user computing infrastructure. The specialist will also provide limited server-related support, ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT operations for the organization.
 

Hybrid Azure Active Directory Administration

• Manage and maintain Hybrid AAD, including Azure AD Connect synchronization.

• Oversee identity and access management across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Implement and support Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC configurations.

Microsoft Intune / MDM Support

• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices and applications via Microsoft Intune.

• Apply and enforce device compliance and configuration policies.

• Provide Tier II/III support for Intune-managed desktops and mobile endpoints.

Desktop Infrastructure Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues with Windows 10/11, profiles, and applications.

• Deploy and maintain Windows Autopilot and Endpoint Manager solutions.

• Manage hardware/software inventory, patching, and vulnerability remediation.

Basic Server Support

• Provide Tier I/II assistance for file shares, print services, and network-related issues.

• Monitor server health, backups, and resource usage with server administration teams.

• Support basic AD GPO, DHCP/DNS, and file system changes.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain clear and updated technical documentation.

• Prepare regular status reports on system health, incidents, and project updates.

• Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and security.

• Proven experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support.

• Strong knowledge of Hybrid Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Windows desktop environments.

• Familiarity with Windows Server fundamentals, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking basics.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical, problem-solving approach.

• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes effectively.
