You’ll report to our Executive Recruiter and play a critical role by owning market mapping, sourcing, research, and coordination to ensure we run a high-quality, efficient search process.

Partner closely with the Executive Recruiter and hiring team to understand search priorities and quickly calibrate on ideal profiles.
Keep our recruiting data clean and up-to-date across systems (ATS, sourcing tools, dashboards).
Partner with the PrimaryOS team to identify opportunities to automate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline-building
Continuously look for ways to improve our sourcing and coordination processes.
1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, research, or sales role.
A strong interest in startups, venture capital, and building companies from the ground up, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward action.
Comfort working directly with senior executives and managing multiple priorities at once.
Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to master the craft of sourcing and executive recruiting.
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and systems to make your work more efficient (Ashby, Pitchbook, etc).
Based in NYC and available to work from our office at least three days per week.
