Senior Talent Acquisition Partner- GTM ( Contract)
Skills
- 7–8+ years recruiting Go-To-Market / revenue-facing roles in tech or SaaS
- Deep familiarity with GTM metrics: quota, pipeline, renewals, churn, and expansion
- Ability to assess and tell the story of GTM candidates in a revenue context
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
- Comfort operating hands-on with minimal process and high expectations
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
- Partner with GTM leaders to hire in the context of quotas, territories, pipeline health, and revenue goals
- Source proactively and build high-signal pipelines using an existing GTM network
- Manage candidate experience, close rates, and hiring outcomes with speed and quality
- Operate as a hiring partner: influence decisions, prioritize roles, and reduce time-to-hire
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional experience in GTM recruiting can substitute for formal degree
