Compensation: $83200 - $160200 / Annually

PowerSchool is seeking a Field Sales Operations Business Partner to partner with Sales Leaders to review data, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. This individual will contribute to the Sales Operations team by partnering with Sales Leaders to ensure each team member has the training, tools, and processes needed to increase sales and improve efficiency.
Guides sales teams/leadership on sales strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell) as a subject matter expert. Defines accountabilities and operationalizes the prioritized sales-plays to generate new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $83,200 - $160,200 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
