Are you passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful roles in home health and hospice? As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in building teams that deliver life-changing care to patients and families. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple agencies, ensuring we hire skilled professionals who embody our mission of providing life changing service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making a difference through people, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Home Health and Hospice.

  • Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.

  • Experience with Workday and applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for recruiting events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in home health or hospice recruiting.

  • Familiarity with HCHB and healthcare staffing strategies.

  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.
