The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to enable our Executive Growth Management team to deliver top results by providing crucial administrative and operational support. The right individual for this role will be a strong tactical thinker with the ability to be proactive, adaptable and flexible. They will have a strong ability to create structure in a hectic work day, capable of multitasking and frequent context switching, and driven to help a team function at its best.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for select members of the Executive Growth Team

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related expense processing

  • Plan and execute internal team events, offsites, social gatherings, and executive roadshows

  • Support external meetings, guest visits, conferences, and related logistics

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across teams and seniority levels

  • Provide NYC office support: mail distribution, guest reception, shipping/printing, etc.

  • Provide on-the-ground support during large-scale events as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 5 or more years of experience working as a team coordinator, executive assistant or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

  • Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English

  • Excellent proficiency using Google Suite of products (mail, docs and calendar)

  • Extremely resourceful - someone who can independently solve problems and create solutions

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

  • Highly proactive and self-motivated

  • Skilled in relationship building with a high sense of integrity

  • A good teammate and team player

What We Offer

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year.

  • Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.

Agency Submissions

We are not currently working with contingency search firms. If a resume is submitted to any Pearl Health employee by a third party without a valid written and signed search agreement, it will become the property of Pearl Health and no fee will be paid, irrespective of whether the candidate is hired.

The Interview Process

  • Recruiter Screen: Introductory call to discuss background and motivation

  • Hiring Manager Interview: Deep-dive conversation with a core member of the team

  • Panel Interview: Meetings with teammates and cross-functional partners

  • Case Assignment / Presentation: Practical exercise solving a real-world challenge

  • Executive Interview: Final conversation(s) with 1–2 members of our leadership team
