Akin to Netflix in the media/content sector, Panther is partnering with and making its platform available to Pharma, Biotech, Cosmetics, and other firms to deliver a comprehensive pipeline of treatments in Panther’s microarray patch (MAP) application format.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator (Part-Time / Contract) to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and HR. The Recruiting Coordinator will help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with sourcing, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

This role can convert to FT.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.

  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a professional and personal experience.

  • Post open roles on job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

  • Assist with sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and referrals.

  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Ashby.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding coordination.

  • Learn and grow recruiting skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • New graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable with scheduling tools, Google Suite, or MS Office.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Interest in pursuing a career in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.

Contract Details

  • Part-time or contract role (16–25 hours per week to start, with flexibility as hiring needs evolve).

  • Hybrid work structure with some in-office coordination in NYC.

  • Hourly Rate: $32.00, based on experience.
