Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer lease/PPA reassignment processes, including credit checks, billing account setup, and contract completion
- Manage service transfers between homeowners and new owners, ensuring accurate documentation and billing
- Provide prepayment and buyout quotes, accept payments, update billing, and finalize required contracts
- Process UCC-1 temporary termination requests and respond to related inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Salesforce and clear handoffs to CX teams
- Escalate complex issues to management and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve gaps
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Education
- BS/BA preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Willingness to complete background check as a condition of employment
