They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Shopify Operations Manager to oversee all day-to-day business operations for their rapidly growing e-commerce brand. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a sustainable products company.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily business operations and customer service
- Handle inventory management and supplier relationships
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and create reports
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and basic bookkeeping
- Manage Shopify store and integrate new software/marketplaces
- Generate and manage wholesale leads
- Support marketing, SEO, and business growth initiatives
Experience:
- 2-3 years in e-commerce or business operations
- Strong Shopify platform knowledge
- Experience with CRMs and Google Analytics
- Basic accounting software skills
