Our client is redefining hydration with science-backed, premium electrolyte powders made from French Sel Gris, zero sugar, and organic ingredients. In under a year, they've reached $6M+ in monthly revenue by offering a clean, effective alternative to brands like Liquid IV and LMNT—without sacrificing taste or performance.

More than a supplement brand, they’re leading a movement in hydration science, expanding into energy (featuring paraxanthine) and immunity. With a $38M+ retail rollout planned for 2026, this fast-moving team is set to disrupt the wellness space in a big way.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead our digital revenue engine and drive explosive growth across DTC, Amazon, and Shopify. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll shape high-level strategy while owning day-to-day execution across all ecommerce touchpoints.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to build something truly extraordinary. You’ll be the strategic force behind our ecommerce ecosystem—optimizing everything from first click to repeat purchase. Your responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Own DTC revenue growth targets and drive margin optimization across all ecommerce channels
  • Develop and execute a holistic ecommerce strategy aligned with company-wide growth goals
  • Lead Amazon growth through team oversight and performance-driven operations
  • Support retail expansion with integrated digital strategy and omnichannel coordination

Shopify Excellence & Site Operations

  • Own Shopify site strategy, ongoing enhancements, and platform optimization
  • Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and PDP performance
  • Drive continuous UX improvements to enhance customer experience and boost conversion
  • Implement and refine checkout flows, subscription programs, and end-to-end customer journey

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Build advanced ecommerce forecasting models and manage inventory flow
  • Optimize LTV:CAC ratios through strategic funnel improvements and tech stack leverage
  • Lead analytics efforts around margin control, AOV growth, and customer lifecycle strategies
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI tracking for full visibility

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, retention, and ops teams to execute flawlessly
  • Manage and mentor ecommerce team members and agency partners
  • Align closely with product development on new SKU launches and go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with marketing to align campaign planning and performance optimization
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Over 7 years of leadership experience in eCommerce, with a strong focus on CPG and DTC brands
  • Proven success in managing $20M+ in annual eCommerce revenue
  • Expert in Shopify, with a track record of building and optimizing high-converting online stores
  • Deep expertise in analytics, margin management, AOV optimization, and customer lifecycle strategy

Core Competencies

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to optimize complex ecommerce ecosystems
  • Advanced proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, CRO tools, and conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and growth strategies
  • Skilled in inventory management and demand forecasting
