Cold Caller Appointment setter for US-based company ( Remote )

Paired, a leading remote staffing agency, is seeking a proactive Cold Caller Appointment Setter to join our team. This fully remote position is perfect for individuals who excel at making connections and enjoy the challenge of reaching out to potential clients.

As a Cold Caller Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your ability to engage with prospects over the phone and create a strong first impression will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone to introduce our services
  • Utilize a provided list of leads and effectively engage them to schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
  • Work towards daily and weekly appointment setting goals
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights from calls
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of leads and appointments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to learn new tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
