Outreach & Engagement Manager (Weekends, Spanish Speaking)

Pair Team is a mission-driven, tech-enabled medical group focused on improving Medicaid access and outcomes for underserved populations. They seek an Outreach & Engagement Manager (Spanish-speaking) to lead and coach a team of Community Engagement Specialists, optimize outreach and enrollment strategies, and drive metrics through data-informed processes and structured coaching. This role reports to the COO and works remote on a Friday–Tuesday schedule.

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written skills
  • Proven experience coaching and managing large individual contributor teams
  • Comfort with metrics-driven environments (call quotas, enrollment targets, dashboards)
  • Experience with call center or inside-sales style outreach workflows
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and technology platforms (CRM, EHR, analytics)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational ability

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor Community Engagement Specialists to meet enrollment and outreach targets
  • Deliver structured 1:1 coaching, live shadowing, and actionable feedback to improve performance
  • Run onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure rapid, consistent ramp-up
  • Monitor dashboards and KPIs, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Conduct call audits and outreach reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and best practices
  • Refine and maintain SOPs to standardize processes and increase team efficiency
  • Serve as escalation point for complex patient cases and coordinate cross-team communication
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring to scale the CES team

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, social work, public health, or related field)
  • Relevant professional training or certifications in care coordination or community engagement preferred
