- Experience with Medicaid, ECM, or value-based care environments (preferred)
- Ability to lead remote teams and flex to PST schedule
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program to meet delivery targets
- Grow, coach, and manage a multi-disciplinary care operations team including case managers, nurses, and behavioral health providers
- Manage P&L and unit economics for the service line
- Design and optimize workflows, processes, and staffing models to balance scalability, growth, and patient experience
- Collaborate with product, clinical, finance, and growth partners to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
- Introduce and operationalize performance metrics to drive accountability aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead change management efforts including reorganizations, KPI rollouts, and growth initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, or related) preferred but not required
