Our client is a private equity-backed company experiencing rapid growth in the hospitality and property management sector. They are scaling from 7 locations today to 20-30 within approximately 2 years and need a strategic operations leader to drive performance across a regional portfolio of facilities.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a data-driven, finance-minded operator to professionalize operations, implement best practices, and directly impact profitability across multiple sites. You'll have the autonomy to lead a "mini-portfolio" while being part of an expanding organization with significant growth potential.
As Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for 4-6 facilities within your designated region. You'll oversee approximately 20 employees (each location has a manager and 4-5 staff) and be accountable for maximizing NOI, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high-performing site teams.
