  • Assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements
  • Research state-specific licensing requirements and track partner compliance
  • Support compliance reporting and internal audits as needed
Salesforce & Administrative Support (20%)
  • Assist with Salesforce FSP Object updates, including populating compliance-related fields
  • Support data hygiene and ensure record consistency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance workflows

Who You Are

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes

Experience You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or administrative support (preferably in a regulated or service-based industry)
  • Experience managing documentation and tracking deadlines
  • Proficiency with CRM or database tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience That’s a Plus
  • Experience with partner/vendor compliance or insurance documentation
  • Familiarity with solar, or energy industry licensing requirements
  • Previous experience in supporting legal, risk, or compliance teams
