Responsibilities
- Document, track, and report on audit and due diligence requests
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and verify completeness
- Communicate with senior leadership, investors, vendors, and bank partners to meet request deadlines
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses
- Fulfill information and document requests related to risk management activities
- Manage calendar, audit tracking, and response quality review tasks
- Maintain centralized library of audit response materials and standardized responses
- Perform data integrity checks on audit-related systems and logs
- Develop working knowledge of internal systems and platforms to gather and validate data
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
