Skills
- 5–7+ years software engineering experience including leadership of agile teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) customizations
- .NET Core / C# development experience
- Designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability tools/practices
- Understanding of security compliance and accessibility (Section 508) at scale
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
- Ability to work on federal contracts and meet U.S. authorization/clearance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction for MS Dynamics 365 customizations, .NET Core services, and API integrations
- Design and maintain scalable, secure enterprise data exchange and integration patterns
- Drive architecture, code quality, performance tuning, and reliability across the platform
- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and cybersecurity partners to align solutions with mission and compliance requirements
- Implement and improve CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices
- Mentor and coach engineers, run technical design reviews, and promote engineering best practices
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational readiness
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and team culture development
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Relevant professional certifications (optional/preferred)
