- Proven experience delivering complex products end-to-end

- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, automation, and git workflows
- Practical understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, or prompt-driven systems (preferred)

- Production debugging, monitoring, and incident response
- Mentorship and raising engineering standards
Responsibilities
- Define technical roadmap and lead architecture for Agentic payments platform components (APIs, SDKs, web).
- Deliver multiple high-impact projects end-to-end, from design through production and maintenance.
- Write and review high-quality, production-ready code; be hands-on in implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success to align scope and delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable, asynchronous systems and integration pipelines.
- Design and integrate LLM-driven/agentic workflows into consumer-facing experiences and backend services.
- Establish and elevate engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
- Mentor and grow junior and mid-level engineers, improving team standards and processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
