Skills
- Deep Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and hands-on development experience
- Core Java and OSGi framework expertise (Sling Models, Servlets, event handlers)
- Experience with AEM Assets, metadata schemas, workflows, and AEMaaCS/Cloud
- Frontend skills: HTL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and familiarity with React and modular content
- Experience integrating with Veeva Vault and Pharma MLR workflows
- CI/CD and DevOps tooling: Jenkins, Git, Maven, JFrog/Artifactory
- Automated testing and visual/regression validation with Selenium and BrowserStack; unit testing with JUnit/Mockito
- Analytics and data-layer design for Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Google Analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and code-governance skills
Responsibilities
- Define and implement modular, scalable AEM-based architectures and product features.
- Design and govern Assets metadata schemas, tag management, and taxonomy for discoverability and modular content reuse.
- Integrate and align AEM with Veeva Vault, BrowserStack, analytics platforms, and backend services.
- Lead technical teams across backend (Java/OSGi), frontend (HTL/React/JS), and DevOps; provide mentorship and conduct code reviews.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, release lifecycle, licensing/version governance, and automated testing strategies.
- Implement and enforce AEM OSGi services, workflows, clientlibs organization, caching, and performance best practices.
- Architect a standardized data layer and integrate analytics (Adobe Analytics, CJA, Google Analytics) for consistent measurement.
- Ensure solutions meet MLR and Pharma data privacy/compliance requirements and maintain product quality/security standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant professional certifications or proven track record in AEM architecture preferred
