Product and Engineering (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data-driven and software products.

·         Ensure data reliability, quality, and integrity across all systems.

·         Participate in the development of machine learning pipelines and analytics solutions.

·         Translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.

·         Contribute to creating an inclusive workspace where all team members can actively participate.

·         Support product and engineering initiatives through coding, analysis, and process improvement.

·         Adapt to high-volume periods, such as election cycles, with flexibility and responsiveness.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

·         Intellectual curiosity and ability to innovate on data and product challenges.

·         Passion for progressive, philanthropic, and social impact initiatives.

·         Technical proficiency in Python, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, or R (depending on the role).

·         Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and big data tools.

·         Experience in machine learning operations (MLOps) and analytics platforms is a plus.

·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
