Responsibilities: The HRIS Analyst will manage day-to-day reporting, provide Tier 1 support for employee issues, and maintain the Workday HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various functionalities.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with HR analytics, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field, and 3 years of experience in HR systems, preferably with Workday.
Location: Position based in Dublin, United States with a hybrid work environment requiring some on-site presence.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.
