We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the development of NVIDIA SDK Manager, a sophisticated Tools offering that accelerates and enhances our software developers worldwide. This individual will Program manage our Developer Tools' deliveries to our Automotive product segment. In this role you will be a key technical team member that is relied upon to drive execution using the latest planning and development tools, methodologies, and to maintain product development requirements, design, roadmap and test plans. We provide an opportunity to demonstrate your experience with innovative Program Management methodologies to evolve the NVIDIA development process. The candidate directly interacts with senior management and technical leaders, work in a dynamic environment with global teams to ensure tools product development plans are in harmony with strategic goals, realize quality objectives and schedule commitments.
What you'll be doing:
Map multi-matrix requirements directly to product development plans, resource commitments, and schedules.
Hands on driving software development, plan strategies, maintain product development requirements, design, roadmap and schedules.
Hold regular Stand-Up and SCRUM meetings as you lead the team's efforts to plan incremental efforts within a regular sprint and release cadence.
Share in the success of a multi-functional team, in a matrix organization and the timely and fast paced delivery to challenging program objectives.
Manage release to production process across various products, multiple teams and schedules.
Coordinates development efforts across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery of product enhancements while leading resource and schedule constraints.
Demonstrate expertise with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as you champion the NVIDIA Product Life Cycle processes.

Learn terminology and hardware/software technologies at the foundation of NVIDIA Developer Tools solutions for GPU/CPU/Systems Profiling.

What we need to see:
A proven experience leading releases of complex SW with deadlines and in a complex matrix organization.
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, exact sciences, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
8+ years' experience as a Technical Program Manager in a high-tech industry, with expertise in system software, operating systems, drivers, or embedded systems.
Excellent communication skills. Clear, dynamic presenter who can align engineers, executives, and external partners.
Full-cycle product delivery - Experience taking complex software products from development through deployment.
Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, JAMA).
English proficiency. Flexible to accommodate cross-regional collaboration, US, China, India etc.
Ability to influence and work as a member of a best-in-class team of software engineers.
Confirmed history of delivering complex products to customers.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong technical background in system software (e.g., operating systems, drivers, or embedded systems) is a significant plus.
Familiar with NVIDIA eco-systems, multiple HW and SW deliveries, NVIDIA technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and or Certification as an Agile SCRUM Master.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
