Skills
- 7+ years project management experience, including agency/consulting and enterprise clients
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to run hybrid approaches
- Experience with Azure DevOps (required); familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience delivering web and mobile application projects
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in utility or other highly regulated industries
- Proficient with Google Workspace and common PM tools
- Problem-solving, time management, and detail orientation
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver web and mobile projects on time, on budget, and on scope using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, engineering) and facilitate day-to-day priorities
- Drive project processes, tasking, and tooling to maximize profitability and ensure positive outcomes
- Lead discovery activities and maintain working knowledge of development lifecycles
- Mentor and coach junior PMs and promote PMO best practices and process improvements
- Translate technical details between development teams and clients; present confidently in internal and client meetings
- Adopt and contribute to process innovation, including responsible use of AI where appropriate
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, Agile) preferred
