Project Manager, Digital Office. Sterling Jewelers Inc. Akron, OH. HQ in Akron; remote work from anywhere in US. Support projects for digital office to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and quality. Define the scope. Create a detailed work plan, determine resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required. Collaborate with various business and IT teams to complete project onboarding activities. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase, conduct project closure activities to include final reporting, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and project documentation. Document risks issues. Facilitate scrum meetings, Setup Sprints, Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospectives. This role is managing projects but no direct reports.
Need Bachelor Degree in project management or a degree in another field with a minor or concentration in project management. Need 5 years of progressive, post grad experience as project manager or scrum master in project management, from conception to delivery. Need 3 years of experience using project management tool Jira. Need 3 years of experience facilitating scrum meetings, Setup Sprints, Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospectives. Need 3 years of experience collaborating with cross functional teams including operations side and IT side.
