The Role:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical leader and trusted advisor for our customers throughout their journey. You will partner closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between complex customer challenges and our technical solutions. Your mission is to establish technical credibility, showcase the power of our platform, and architect solutions that ensure our customers achieve their AI-driven business goals.
What You'll Do:
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with Account Executives to deeply understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives. Architect elegant and effective solutions leveraging our AI infra stack (Model APIs, GPU Instances, Serverless).
Product Demonstration & Proof of Concept (POC): Lead compelling, customized product demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Design, manage, and execute successful POCs, proving the value and performance of our platform in the customer's environment.
Technical Evangelism & Trusted Advisory: Articulate the value proposition of our platform to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives. Become the go-to expert for customers on AI infrastructure best practices.
Sales Enablement & Market Feedback Loop: Create and maintain technical sales collateral, including whitepapers, best practice guides, and demo scripts. Act as the voice of the customer, channeling critical feedback from the field to our Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Onboarding & Implementation Guidance: Ensure a smooth post-sales transition by providing initial onboarding support and architectural guidance, setting customers up for long-term success.
Who You Are:
Experienced Technologist: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Engineer, preferably within a public cloud, SaaS, or AI/ML company.
Cloud & AI Native: Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Solid understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including concepts like LLMs, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and the GPU computing stack.
Problem Solver & Builder: You have a passion for solving complex technical problems and a proven ability to build and deploy applications. Proficiency in a programming language like Python or Go is highly desirable.
Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
Customer-Obsessed & Commercially-Minded: You possess a strong sense of empathy for the customer and are driven to ensure their success. You understand the sales process and are motivated to help the team win deals.
