Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing case queues, resolving user setup issues, maintaining lead and territory assignments, ensuring data quality, and acting as a point person for lead management and Salesforce issues.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management, communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and case management systems.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role is required.
Location: This is a fully remote position, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the United States.
Compensation: $52000 - $61000 / Annually

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Representative position will support a variety of mission-critical workflows including case management, reporting, and lead assignment as a member of the Sales Operations team, which plays a key role in enabling the success and efficiency of the Sales organization by providing strategic support, operational execution, and continuous process improvement. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, this team works closely with Sales, Sales Support, Product Management, Marketing, Technology, Enablement, and Engineering to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the tools, data, and resources necessary to perform at a high level

The expected base salary range for this position is $52,000-$61,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
