Partner Launch Manager (Payments/Acquiring)

NMI is a payments platform that enables partners and merchants with flexible, modular payments and gateway solutions. The Payments Partner Launch Manager will own partner onboarding and training, driving adoption of NMI products, accelerating time to revenue, and ensuring partners are equipped to implement and sell NMI solutions successfully.

Skills

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, support, or related roles
  • Experience delivering product demos and formal training to partners or customers
  • Strong knowledge of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, or payments platform concepts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative selling and sales enablement experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and launch newly signed payments partners, managing a portfolio of partner implementations to successful outcomes.
  • Deliver product demos, training sessions, and sales enablement materials to expand partner knowledge and capability.
  • Demonstrate and teach the NMI Gateway, partner and merchant portals, and Payments solution features and workflows.
  • Drive partner adoption and engagement to accelerate time to revenue and maximize portfolio growth.
  • Refine internal processes and enablement strategies to improve partner satisfaction and launch efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding, training, and sales/account activities in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Act as an operational and go-to-market consultant to partners, advising on solution-based and value-based selling strategies.
  • Stay current on NMI products, services, and industry trends to inform training and enablement content.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant certifications or training in payments, sales enablement, or partner management are a plus
