Responsibilities
- Lead development and tracking of multi-year strategic long range plans aligned with company strategy
- Conduct regular business performance reviews and present insights to executive leadership
- Drive strategic capital allocation and investment decision making frameworks
- Evaluate and analyze strategic growth initiatives, market opportunities, and business risks
- Manage deal processes and lead financial modeling, valuation, and negotiations for acquisitions
- Collaborate cross-functionally for capital markets activities and corporate development efforts
- Provide clear, data-driven business cases to senior management and the Board
- Lead and inspire a team of finance professionals in a dynamic environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
