Sales Development Representative

New Era Technology is a global technology solutions provider committed to a people-first culture, delivering end-to-end technology solutions. They seek a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads, support business development, and help grow their customer base through strategic prospecting and relationship management.

Skills

  • General understanding of technology services and business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM.
  • Ability to leverage LinkedIn and other social selling platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and high energy.
  • Effective probing and information gathering skills.
  • Ambitious, persistent, and consistent work ethic.
  • Goal-oriented focus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct researched warm and cold calls to segmented target markets.
  • Follow up on and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Seek referrals to articulate the value of New Era’s offerings.
  • Prospect via calls and emails for campaigns and inquiries.
  • Achieve daily call and monthly meeting, and opportunity goals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, publications, and subscriptions to identify decision makers.
  • Network with strategic partners and pursue dormant and unattended accounts.
  • Transfer qualified leads to outside sales for closing.
  • Maintain clear communication with outside sales team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Log and manage data accurately in Hubspot CRM.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales.
  • At least one year of B2B sales experience in prospecting.
