About the Role:
Responsible for supporting the Field Operations team with the design, development, and training of commercial reporting systems for all Neurocrine field teams (Sales, Market Access, and Medical), as well as for key home office users. This role will play a key part in ensuring that field reporting, HCP targeting and alignment processes, and ad hoc analytics are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives._
Commercial Reporting Systems: Design, develop, and continuously improve reporting systems and dashboards to support Field Operations
Data Quality Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources including CRM, Sales, Specialty Pharmacy, Claims, and Roster data
Analytical Support: Build ad hoc reports and analytical summaries by integrating multiple data sources to address business questions and field leadership needs
Issue Resolution: Perform data investigations and root-cause analyses for field sales inquiries, ensuring timely communication of resolutions
HCP Targeting & Alignment: Support and maintain targeting workflows, territory design, roster updates, and change management processes
Territory Management: Validate call plan assignments and communicate impact of alignment changes on reporting and field execution
Training & Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for commercial reporting users while enhancing data fluency across field and home office teams
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact to translate technical data concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Field Operations, Data Management, Commercial Analytics, Compliance, and Finance teams while maintaining relationships with key vendors
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced data visualization while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards
BS/BA degree and 4+ years of relevant experience sales and/or marketing analytics or operations experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry OR
Master's degree preferred and 2+ years of similar experience noted above OR
Strong knowledge of and experience working with biopharmaceutical market data (meaning of data, limitations of data, ability to manipulate, etc.) including Specialty Pharmacy data, IMS and SHS data. Solid knowledge of biopharmaceutical commercial systems
Ability to convert sales force analytics and conclusions into easily understandable and persuasive oral and written presentations. Demonstrated experience in statistical analyses of quantitative data. Ability to utilize secondary data to create sales insights and actionable recommendations
Ability to manage vendors of biopharma commercial systems and sales force analytics capabilities
Able to operate in a dynamic environment where everyone may be “wearing many hats” within the field operations function
Skilled at collaborating cross functionally and with key strategic business partners building effective relationships with senior management, facilitating successful teams and favorably influencing people without direct authority
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact productively with senior people from Field Sales, Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, and Senior Management
Preferred for the role: Experience with stewarding master data management (MDM) systems; experience with CRM systems such as Sales Force and Veeva; familiarity and with analytical tools; experience developing models in Excel and Excel VBA; process mapping; scripting languages such as SQL; experience with account targeting and alignment applications; experience with PM software (ex. JIRA); experience working in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, and SQL environment); experience with and experience with BI/reporting platforms or with developing reports in software like PowerBI or Tableau
Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish work
Has strong understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $101,200.00-$146,550.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
