They could use more up to date things and make some systems a little easier to do now. At Wawa, we offer you the chance to take stock in your future – literally! With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), associates can benefit from the positive impact they have on our growth. As of today, approximately 13,000 Wawa associates participate in our ESOP and collectively have a 38% ownership stake in the company.
