About the Role
Neon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to be the technical bridge between our platform and the game studios we serve. You’ll help partners integrate with Neon’s tools, solve hard technical problems, and unlock new possibilities for creators. This role blends engineering skill with customer empathy—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and turning complex integrations into seamless experiences. Your work will directly shape how game creators achieve financial independence through Neon.
What You’ll Do
Lead technical integrations for strategic partners, from discovery through implementation
Collaborate with partner studios to design workflows, build proofs-of-concept, and resolve integration challenges
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align partner needs with our product roadmap
Develop reusable integration patterns, guides, and best practices that accelerate adoption across the ecosystem
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to game studios and represent their voice inside Neon
What We Look For
5+ years in Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration best practices
Background working with or alongside game studios preferred (Unity, Unreal, or similar tools strongly preferred)
Clear communicator who can engage both deeply technical and business audiences
Excited to build long-term relationships and scale Neon’s partner ecosystem in service of creators
Willing to travel occasionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events
Able to work from our offices in San Francisco, New York City, or remotely while maintaining EU hours
