PRN Pharmacal Sales Representative III (Kansas City Area)

PBI-Gordon Companies is an employee-owned animal health organization focused on integrity, innovation, and partnership. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative III to call on veterinary customers, manage distributor relationships, launch and defend products, and mentor field sales peers while driving territory sales growth across the Kansas City area.

  • High travel readiness (up to 90%)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales objectives and quota, including key growth products.
  • Launch new products and defend legacy products in-market.
  • Call on veterinary hospitals and personnel to build relationships and expand product awareness.
  • Manage and grow distributor accounts and leverage distributor partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Meet field activity expectations including call activity and medical education investment.
  • Execute account- and veterinarian-level call cycles to meet reach and frequency targets.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and enhance customer relationships.
  • Lead by example and mentor other sales team members.
  • Perform other tasks as requested or assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant continuing education or industry certifications a plus
