Sr. Federal Marketing Manager

Neo4j, the market-leading graph database company, is hiring a Senior Federal Marketing Manager to build and execute federal-focused demand generation, field marketing, and partner programs that drive pipeline and revenue across DoD, Intelligence, and civilian agencies. The role requires deep federal market knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams, and proven experience running digital, ABM, and event-led campaigns.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market, including DoD and civilian agency dynamics
  • Proven experience in field and demand generation marketing (digital, ABM, events)
  • Strong event program development and post-event follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce for campaign execution and reporting
  • Analytical ability to measure program effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Project and budget management skills to run programs end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the federal marketing strategy covering digital, ABM, partner, and event programs to drive leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Plan and run federal-specific demand generation campaigns, including digital programs, webinars, trainings, and Neo4j-owned events and roadshows.
  • Collaborate closely with federal sales, SDRs, product and corporate marketing to align priorities and enable sales with targeted content and messaging.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: content, segmentation, promotion, registration, lead capture, follow-up, and outcomes tracking.
  • Drive partner co-marketing initiatives with channel partners to expand reach and joint pipeline.
  • Measure program performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (MQLs, SAOs, pipeline).
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and investments to maximize ROI and report results to leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
