Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects concurrently across onshore and offshore teams
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks
- Guide customers through planning and execution of professional services projects
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
- Develop project artifacts such as Jira backlogs, reports, risk assessments, and plans
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Monitor KPIs on schedule adherence, margins, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate project close-out with lessons learned and process improvements
- Co-lead resource planning and collaborate on talent sourcing
- Maintain PSA tool (Certinia) for resource and financial management
- Engage stakeholders regularly, communicating opportunities and risks
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and promote quality-focused culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
