Responsibilities
- Design and execute role-specific onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success teams to shorten ramp times.
- Maintain structured onboarding plans, timelines, and learning tracks aligned with different roles.
- Define and track onboarding KPIs and improve programs based on data and feedback.
- Own and evolve the Industry Knowledge Program by collaborating with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Services teams.
- Deliver engaging live and asynchronous training to improve seller fluency on offerings and strategies.
- Scope and lead multiple cross-functional GTM projects aligning with company priorities.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for enablement initiatives.
- Maintain a high standard of program quality, relevance, and engagement.
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred but not strictly required if experience is strong.
