Revenue Enablement Program Manager

Later is a leading enterprise in social media and influencer marketing platforms, enabling brands to manage creator partnerships and social content at scale. They are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Program Manager to lead onboarding and continuous learning programs, driving seller productivity and performance across revenue teams.

Skills

  • Program management expertise in building and scaling onboarding and learning programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with presentation experience to senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LMS platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise GTM teams and understanding their workflows.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with the creator economy or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute role-specific onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success teams to shorten ramp times.
  • Maintain structured onboarding plans, timelines, and learning tracks aligned with different roles.
  • Define and track onboarding KPIs and improve programs based on data and feedback.
  • Own and evolve the Industry Knowledge Program by collaborating with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Services teams.
  • Deliver engaging live and asynchronous training to improve seller fluency on offerings and strategies.
  • Scope and lead multiple cross-functional GTM projects aligning with company priorities.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain a high standard of program quality, relevance, and engagement.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's degree preferred but not strictly required if experience is strong.
