Service Operations Manager - Remote based
Lead predictable and flawless execution of Productivity Programs, Projects, and Initiatives. The Project Manager is a critical role in the Program Management Office (PMO) delivering consistent on-time, on-quality, on-budget results across the North America Market Productivity roadmap. The Analytics component of the role will lead the analysis and management of the funnel data to drive our financial objectives and support management decision making.
Your role:
Project Management: Managing multiple productivity projects simultaneously (initiation, planning, execution and closing) through successful completion, formulating project plans, evaluating project plans for opportunities to improve performance and monitoring for risk mitigation, controlling the project progress, escalating project changes and taking corrective actions, direct project team members and providing operational guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Analytics: Driving the analytics for the North America Productivity program from managing funnel to management reporting. Managing regular status updates and financial reporting to key stakeholders. Measuring progress, driving accountability, and facilitating problem solving and daily management with project teams.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other Productivity Program/Project leaders, PMO and Global team to share key learnings, best practices, and identify new project opportunities.
You're the right fit if:
1.You possess 5+ years of analytics experience and 7+ years of experience in a project management role.
2. You have strong analytical skills, leverage data driven decision making, have the ability and interest in working across multiple business areas, and have possess strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred. PMI PMP certification strongly preferred. Lean Six Sigma a plus.
4. Experience managing cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment and ability to lead through influence and working with senior management required.
5. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The annual pay range for this position in AZ, AR, IA, IO, KS, KY, LO, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, WV is $128,000 to $171,000.
The annual pay range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, ID, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PN, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $112,000 to $180,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in AK, MD, RI, WA is $118,000 to $189,000.
The annual pay for range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY is $126,000 to $201,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
