Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic enterprise-wide and digital product programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional execution, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with finance teams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of program initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to foster a productive, transparent, and collaborative work culture.
• Implement structured governance, tools, and best practices while maintaining agility and team momentum.
• Identify and apply emerging technologies and industry trends, including AI, to enhance innovation and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Software, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in program or product management; experience in sustainability or energy services is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex programs involving cross-functional and digital development teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and influence capabilities across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and program management tools.
• Passionate about sustainability and aligned with values centered on impact, inclusion, and continuous learning.

• Competitive salary range: $108,000 – $182,000, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
