Responsibilities: The coordinator will develop and oversee various programs, track progress, manage budgets, conduct orientation sessions, and prepare onboarding materials while addressing client needs.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software, along with strong analytical skills are required.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or client onboarding.

Compensation: $50000 - $53000 / Annually

The Program & Onboarding Coordinator is a blended role, which manages organizational programs while overseeing the onboarding of new clients. This position plans and executes key initiatives, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures programs meet their goals while simultaneously guiding new clients through orientation and training as well as ensuring their smooth introduction to our services.
**Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $53,000
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (equivalent related experience may substitute).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination and/or client onboarding.
