Job Profile Title: Program Manager

How will you make an impact?-
The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives and customer programs by providing full accountability for budgets, schedules, and performance. This role requires managing multi-functional teams and enhancing customer relationships to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level projects. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing new product launches (NPI) within the manufacturing environment for technology-related products.
What will you do? -
Lead program execution from requirements gathering to customer acceptance.
Manage customer NPI launches technology-related products within manufacturing.
Build and guide cross-functional project teams to meet defined goals and KPIs.
Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
Serve as the main interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Track and report on project performance and corrective actions when needed.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders and leadership
How will you get here? –
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
Minimum 8 years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Willingness to learn Jabil operating policies and procedures required
Ability to learn and display expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles
Ability to manage cross-site and cross-functional teams
Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
Ability to be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to collaboratively work with employees in all Jabil facilities and job roles to achieve the desired results
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in Project Management
PMP certification is preferred
Experience managing NPI in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus
Manufacturing work environment experience is a plus
