Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Director, People Experience, UTEG
The Director of People Experience will develop and execute unique and inclusive experiences for our colleagues across the Universal Television Entertainment Group in various office locations. Through internal communications, engagement programming, advocacy and recognition, this role will be responsible for delivering experiences and information that cultivate pride, community and connectivity across our workforce, while providing support to help employees thrive within the organization. Reporting to the SVP of People Experience, this role will be a key member of the People Experience team that strives to foster a positive and meaningful work experience for all UTEG employees throughout each stage of the employee lifecycle.
This role, in partnership with Human Resources and Communications, will also assist business leaders with key communication messaging ensuring that teams are well-informed, engaged and connected to the goals and objectives of the organization, as well as critical change management support.
The candidate must have experience in internal communications, either in-house or agency, a track record of executing successful employee experience strategies, and work effectively with senior executives. Ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, a team-focused attitude, a solutions-oriented approach and able to multi-task varying priorities.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Universal City, CA office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
