The Financial Advisor Associate (FAA) Talent Management group drives the overall strategy relative to the sourcing and professional development of new Financial Advisor Associates for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The FAA Training Program encompasses a variety of pathways to becoming a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and is central to the Firm’s long-term sustainability and revenue growth.
Position Summary
The FAA Curriculum Manager will be responsible for driving the curriculum development and execution for the broader FAA Program. This person will report to the Team Engagement Lead for FAA Talent Management and serve as the liaison between various departments to ensure up to date training and coaching for FAAs on the full Morgan Stanley integrated firm model.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
