Responsibilities
- Define a 3-year product and revenue strategy and own performance targets including TPV, margins, and attach rates
- Hire, lead, and mentor product managers, risk analysts, and data scientists fostering ownership and speed
- Launch key features such as real-time fraud prevention, dynamic spend controls, and AI-powered risk models
- Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Data Science, Sales, Partners, and external financial institutions
- Establish rigorous OKRs, dashboards, and business reviews to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Represent Motive externally to strategic customers, regulators, and industry partners
- Support Go-To-Market with positioning, marketing collateral, and pricing strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
