Founding Engineer - AI Native Workspace

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $150K - $250K

We are a well-funded, early-stage company building a reimagined workspace with AI at its core, starting with an AI native spreadsheet product. We are looking for an experienced Founding Engineer—a generalist who thrives in a fast-moving, talent-dense startup environment.

As a member of our extremely small team, you will be instrumental in creating a magical and accessible agent experience, tackling the significant opportunity of large-scale agent-orchestration.

• Operate in a full-stack capacity, contributing across the entire product.
• Talk to users, track metrics, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit.
• Scope out and implement core features of our AI-native workspace.
• Actively shape the product vision and roadmap alongside the founders.

We are backed by a premier accelerator and top builder/operators, including co-founders of major tech companies. This is a unique chance to define the future of how people interact with data and intelligence in their daily work.

• Experience: 3 - 8 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
• End-to-End Building: Proven track record, preferably building a product end-to-end in a startup environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of our core tech stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, GoLang
• Generalist Mindset: Excited by the opportunity to work across different technical domains and product areas.
• On-site Policy: Must be available to work in-person in San Francisco, CA.

• Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
• Significant Equity: Up to 1% ownership, ensuring substantial financial upside.
