$20.45 - $28.79The Advancement & Communications Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting a dynamic team focused on advancing the mission of Saint Paul College through fundraising, marketing, and community engagement. This position provides essential administrative and operational support, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. As part of our Advancement and Communications team, you’ll help tell our story, connect with our community, and support the students shaping the future.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $20.45 - $27.12 hourly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years experience in administrative or office support.
Apply accurate spelling and grammar in written communications.
Knowledge of word processing software, such as Microsoft Office or other relevant applications.
Ability to perform administrative support for expense and budget administration.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for communication.
Skills in database management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or in another related field.
Two years experience working in higher education, nonprofit, or advancement setting.
Familiarity with donor databases, such as Raiser's Edge.
Experience supporting event planning or donor engagement.
Knowledge of contract, purchasing, and Minnesota State accounting practices.
