Skills: Strong understanding of care management principles, value-based care models, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in developing healthcare training programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field required; Master’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience; valid Tennessee Driver’s License and acceptable background checks required.
