Senior Director of Partner Success

Mantra Health is a digital mental health provider serving colleges and universities, delivering virtual therapy, psychiatry, crisis care, and wellness content to students. The Senior Director of Partner Success will lead and scale the Partner Success team, own retention and expansion goals across higher-education partnerships, improve CRM and forecasting practices, and act as a trusted advisor to campus partners while coaching CSMs to drive measurable outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven leadership of Customer/Partner Success teams with renewals and expansion responsibility
  • Deep experience with higher education customers and multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Strong forecasting and renewal/expansion financial acumen (NDR focus)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM adoption for forecasting and account management
  • Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and partner health scoring
  • Coaching and people-management skills to improve team performance
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration across GTM, product, and implementation teams
  • Effective communicator and presenter for both small and large group settings

Responsibilities

  • Own retention and expansion performance, including net dollar retention (NDR) targets and expansion plans
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Partner Success / Customer Success team day-to-day and through growth and hiring
  • Define and implement KPI dashboards, partner health scoring, and performance tracking systems
  • Champion Salesforce and CRM workflows for renewal and expansion forecasting
  • Partner with GTM leadership to align best practices for customer growth, success, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as escalation point for partners and internal stakeholders and support QBRs and RFP responses
  • Improve account risk and health monitoring and execute annual plans to hit retention/expansion goals
  • Travel periodically for customer visits and internal meetings (a few days per month on average)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MA) preferred but not required
